OptioBio 40S 10x100 column is prepacked with WorkBeads™ 40S resin for ion exchange chromatography (IEX).
The resin is designed for research and industrial scale purification of proteins,
peptides and nucleic acids and utilise the difference in their surface charge.
WorkBeads 40S is a strong cation exchange resin with sulfonate ligands.
WorkBeads are agarose based chromatographic resins manufactured using a proprietary method
that results in porous beads with a tight size distribution and high mechanical stability.
WorkBeads resins are designed for separations that require optimal capacity and purity.
