Description
It is derived from Trichoderma viride and produces D-glucosamine from chitosan.

Characteristics
· Type of chitosanase: Exo type
· Optimal temperature: 50~60°C(Stable more than 24 hours below 35°C)
· Optimal pH: pH 5.0(The productivity of glucosamine is high at pH 3.8 to 4.2)
· pH stability: pH 3.0~6.0
· Chitosan is completely hydrolyzed below 5%(w/v).​
